Looking at the parcel tracking, it arrived in London three days later on the 3rd July. I ordered the watch pre-release and as soon as the release date arrived, it was shipped from Japan. Their promises on availability, delivery times, etc. The Rangemaster has sunrise-sunset, but no moon phase. Casio seems to believe that people who are interested in the phase of the moon are not interested in sunrise-sunset times and vice versa. Now, if Casio would just add a sunrise-sunset feature it would be perfect. The analog hands are great and have good lume for the entire night. Lots of great features and clever options. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you !!!! The customer service is prompt, polite, and very helpful. I have been consistently happy with how they handle their business and treat me as a customer. This is the second watch that I have purchased from them and the second watch that I have received. I think anyone ordering from another country has a natural worry about receiving their item and in one piece. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
But I feel it would be unfair for the seller if I didn't in this instance. Let me just say that I hate reviewing products and companies. It is rather annoying, but it is what it is. Further clarification: If you need to change the date or time you can only rotate the crown one direction to change the information, so if you miss the desired date or time, you must rotate through all the months, dates, etc.

A little complicated to find out how to set things with an all Japanese manual but what do you expect ordering a watch not released yet in the US from a company located in Japan? It is a beautiful watch and only complaint is it seems the middle crown is only able to change the information when rotating downward. Just as described and no complaints so far.
